What to expect during your coaching session
Your individual assessment will reveal your personal strengths and personality type. We use a sophisticated system that measures work-related factors to provide an accurate and reliable report. This report will cover areas such as…

We use an objective method using a Customized Individual Assessment tool to find the best career matches for you. The assessment reveals your personal strengths and personality type. This is done using a system that measures work-related factors and provides an accurate and reliable report covering such areas as behavior in the workplace, preferred activities, decision making, problem solving, conflict management and communication style.
Once you complete the assessment, we meet one on one and have a thorough and detailed session of the report. There is no right or wrong, it’s all about YOU. Our clients love this session because they gain a sense of empowerment and validation when we review examples and stories that support the findings. It’s also reassuring to know how deeply we get to know you and therefore have trust and confidence that you’re going in the right direction.
